To ensure your delicious chocolates arrive in perfect, melt-free condition during the hot summer months, we implement a specialized Warm Weather Shipping Policy from May through September.
📦 How We Protect Your Order
- Summer Shipping Fee: A flat $15 summer fee is added to all orders during these months.
- Insulated Packaging: Every order is packed in thermal liners with food-safe gel ice packs.
- Temperature Monitoring: We check local weather forecasts at the destination before shipping.
- Expedited Transit: We only use 1-Day or 2-Day express shipping services during summer.
⏱️ Summer Shipping Schedule
- Monday – Wednesday Only: We do not ship orders on Thursdays or Fridays.
- No Weekend Sitting: This prevents your chocolate from melting in hot transit warehouses over the weekend.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM will ship the following Monday.
⚠️ Important Customer Responsibilities
- Track Your Package: Follow your tracking number closely to know exactly when your order arrives.
- Bring Inside Immediately: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package immediately upon delivery.
- Porch Warning: We cannot be held responsible for chocolates left outside on hot porches or mailboxes.
